What the heck is this, this suppose to be buffalo it look like someone threw up. It already took me 50mins to get my order. Claim I was waiting on fries but I didn’t order fries. Try to be patience but just sitting in there Drama Drama Drama instead of actually working. Lady even made a joke of giving me old fries off the floor to another customer.

Even though I did an online order, I arrived at the restaurant and waited another forty minutes . Your online service is awful

The WingStop on 16650 NW 27th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 has terrible customer service. I have been calling them for 2 days straight trying to put an order in and nobody answers the phone at all. I arrived to the restaurant to place an order and nobody attended me, all staff members were in the kitchen not taking care of the register. 0/10 do not recommend!

Excelente servicio... tuve un pequeño inconveniente con el driver.. fui personalmente al restaurante y fueron muy amables... gracias... por sus servicios Excelente trabajo...

Well peased all around from arrival to departure of the establishment food was fresh customer service on point cleanliness of the establishment was 10/10 although I was expecting to dine in but I completely understand the lack of room to accommodate tables again well pleased

Worst possible location ever!!!!

They do not have respect for people at this location. I had to deal with some young woman by the name or "Tracy" and she was horrible. I first got to wing stop at 10:30 pm because nobody answered the phone for me to make an order. I order 30 piece well done 3 different flavors. Received my food by 10:45.... the problem starts when I get home and my order is incorrect.... no problem. I drive back to wing stop and get there by 11:15pm. I explain to Tracy about the problem and she was very rude and seemed irritated. Me and my wife waited waited and waited for our food to get made how we wanted. 12:04 am hits and me and my wife are still waiting for our food. I watched multiple people walk in and out with their food within that time. Tracy took her power of authority to prove "a point" and it was just simply unprofessional. I have worked in my kitchens my life and when you have an order that the kitchen messed up, those people become first priority. Never thought that name leaving my house at 10:30 would result to me not having ANYTHING by midnight. I love wing stop but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!!!
