This is one of the worst Wingstop’s the chicken is never seasoned and the fries are always soggy and half cooked

Employees here show blatant disregard for the state's health code. It's disgusting. I even talked to the manager, pointed out the specific law they are breaking (California's AB 3336), and the manager did not care. Disgusting place.

They take one hour to have one order ready

My Fav I should have free wings by now though as much as I feed my big Family but I'm Grateful

The service is horrible!! They have young girls trying to work their way up the ladder in the back doing "facials" and not even washing their hands....it's nasty!!

Dec. 21, 2023@9:15pm. My daughter & I walked into Wingstop, No one was in line waiting. I politely waited for 10 minutes. While 3 employees was at the register talking, laughing, joking around, and ignored that I a customer was even standing there. They did not say, "hold on mama, or we will be with you in one minute." Then my daughter walked up to the window and asked the gentleman can he take our order. He ignored her like we wasnt there. I grabbed my daughter and we left with nothing but our dignity. Customer Service needs a big improvement on staff or some retraining. Hire employees that do understand what respeat is or have values. And as a business you should not have paper signs up in the window stating service will be refused if a customer disrespect the employees. I will not be back or spend my hard working dollars in that store. I understand why this Wingstop on MacArthur is 3.6 in reviews.

The chicken was fully and not all the way cooked yuck .
