I ordered from this Wingstop and it was the worst-ever. I paid for 30+ wings and they came moist with no crunch and no seasoning and very rubbery we were highly disappointed. I will never order Wingstop again, and on top of that, they did not answer their phone so I could not speak to anyone.

I didn't receive over 1/3 of my order (10 wings, fries and dip). I called to see what WingStop can do to resolve this issue (I ordered delivery and paid for the fees + generous tip). They suggested I bring my food back to them for a refund. That was there literal suggestion. Cecilia suggested I bring my food back after I just had it delivered for a reason. I was shocked. I will never ever be returning. Cecilia had the audacity to say that her suggestion was something they got from training. She is a liar and a bad manager. Poor management is the reason for failed businesses. Cecilia did not do a good job whatsoever to mend the scenario. She lied over and over and I recorded the entire call catching all of her lies. WingStop you can contact me if you want the recordings. It's so sad. Because I absolutely love WingStop but this location has messed up my order numerous times and NEVER takes accountability. I had a 10 minute call with them and it led to nothing. They refunded me $20 of my $63 order. Total bogus. My entire dinner AND mood was ruined.
