Wingstop

As soon as I walk in the gentleman behind the counter berates me that I’d break the door… I was helping a lady hold the door because her hands were full. Said they were automatic when clearly the gentleman who just left held the door has he left.

First I would like to state the staff on Super Bowl Sunday really worked hard, diligently and pretty much prevented a fight from breaking out between the 30+ delivery persons all rushing the counters. But Wingstop being a corporation should have been better prepared to handle the high volume of Super Bowl orders. When I ordered the food through the Wingstop website to prompted me to pick up the order in 20 minutes. Ordered at 7:45pm and the order was lost, when the food was finally ready it was 10pm. The food was great and it was fresh so it ended up being worth it. Again the employees that night deserve a raise or a bonus because they really held the store down amongst all the chaos!

woman was incredibly rude. it took 30 minutes for 4 wings and the very rude woman claimed we were waiting for 10, did not apologize or hear us out. horribly service, horrible place and this woman was so unkind. i’m not coming back until she is fired

Better service at shake shack across the street and the food options are pretty similar. (They have self service kiosk, eliminating a factor of bad service)

I just ate here. Food was great but when after looking around for a couple minutes I realized there was no trash can in the seating area. I took a couple steps behind the counter to toss my trash in the only trash can in sight and was immediately confronted by the cashier who said I couldn’t do that, and “if I was a crazy person I would have knocked you out”.

Honestly, Ive never eaten at the Carmine location. Just delivery. And sometimes the delivery is not so good. Sometimes, it's perfect.
