Chicken was slightly raw and rubbery. Usually I would get them Crispy but during 5-6pm I’ve noticed the service being horrible

This evening, I arrived at your restaurant to pick up my online order. As I approached the door, I noticed a female cashier at the register, gazing out of the window. As soon as I entered, she quickly left the register area. I walked up to the register, and waited for her to assist me. I noticed she was just playing around with herself and pretending to be occupied. It took for the other employee who was working in the kitchen area to signal her that I was there. I would describe the cashier's behavior as uncanny and unprofessional while she attended to me. After she handed me my order, she asked me to close the entrance door and I thought that was odd, because shouldn't that be her job? She then went on to explain to me, that the door had mechanical issues. I was not satisfied with her attitude or her basically asking me to do her job for her. It is not the customer's responsibility to close and open doors at the restaurant, that is between management and staff. I can only describe the female employee as a light skinned, Latinx with eyeglasses.

Wild place! Special in the evening time

Incredibly disappointing service. I was quoted a 60 min waiting time and I showed up at my designated pickup time and waited for an additional 90 minutes. The employees tried their hardest to make it work, but orders clearly kept coming in and they could not keep up. I left without having received my food, even though i had already paid.

wing stop is one of my favorites I love it and I would like there to please be one here near 103 Corona Plaza because I live around here, I always have to go to Harlem or Broadway I don't care about the distance as long as I can enjoy my wings because it is one one of my best places, of course I absolutely recommend it 100% delicious and the entire team is very good wing stop es uno de mis favoritos me encanta y me gustaría que porfavor hubiera uno aquí cerca de 103 Corona Plaza pues por acá vivo , siempre tengo que ir a harlem o Broadway no me importa la distancia con tal de disfrutar mis alitas por que es uno de mis mejores lugares , claro absolutamente lo recomiendo 100% delicioso y todo el equipo son muy buenos

Worst wing stop ever! I order from this location and they took 2 hours.. two hours for my food. Then they cancelled on me. I called them and no pick up. This is very disappointing & frustrating. I had almost 10 delivery people cancel on me because my food wasn’t ready. I understand it’s busy but 2hours is insane plus no food on top of that.

good customer service, sometimes food is slow but the food is amazing, so worth the wait!

Ordered through Frub Hub asked for a brownie and found no brownie in the bag. Called the store and waited 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone. Told the team member what happened and she replied in a very condescending tone we didn’t have anymore brownies so we gave you and extra ranch…..excuse me how is that even a substitute!? We gotta do better.

Great food, i dont usally order fast food bcause sometimes the food is undercooked but here its cooked great with the right amount of sesoning and sauce. thanks to the cook in the back Ariel however he made it, it came out amazingly
