Bad service l was calling like for one AND half hour to get a simple help no body answer the phone can yours explain to me why if no body answer the phone when we do something wrong online remember no body Is perfect doing something every body do a mistake just need some one else from your bussines how can l get a conversation on the phone if no body pick up the phone this Is not a right bussines in our neighborhood l not recomend this place

the food and the staff were amazing but the thing that bothers me is that there isn't seating space. you have to go to the McDonald's across the street to eat because that's the only place that's clean and safe to eat.

Second time this month ordering — first of all, seriously my mistake for ordering again because why would the service have improved. BOTH times my meal has been shorted missing 8 wings each. ON TOP OF THAT the location is 8 blocks away from me and the food arrives super cold every time. Never worth the money.

Young lady behind the counter is beautiful and nice enough however she works with one hand on her phone the whole time we were there she said it would be no more that 18 minutes but 35 minutes later I had to ask where my meal was , it was there but she was too busy on her phone to think about working as she messed up someone's order while chatting on her phone, place is clean but 18 minutes is a long wait 35 is just torcher, the staff seems to be having a good time blasting the music but would appreciate good service and more attention to your customers you are at work and that's what you should be focused on not your personal life and talking on the phone! Food is good but need to really work on customer service.
