Worst wait times, they tell you they’re working on it when they’re not. Worst customer service.
Takes a bit.long to get your order just for a order of wings that are just okay you'll get full of refills before you get your order
(EBT accepted at this location!) Call ahead or order online because this place gets super busy. I am a return customer for the following reasons: Their portions are never skimpy, the food is consistently delicious, next day leftovers are excellent, prices are affordable, their staff is so polite and efficient even when it's crazy busy, AND they have a great self-serve soda selection. Thank you Wingstop on Highland!! :))
Door dashed from this place and of course they got my order wrong and said I had to go pick up the rest of my food. I paid and tipped the door dash person and ate cold wings. These employees need to be more on it. Did nothing to help fix the situation
I had a mixed experience at Wingstop. The wings were delicious, but finding a hair in my food was disappointing. Additionally, the long wait time tested my patience. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning afterward, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the food quality was good, but the service and hygiene need improvement.
This place is phenomenal not only is the wings great and juicy but the service was fantastic. I ended up losing my wallet there too and when I went to go look for it one of the workers ended up finding it and took it to their manager to keep it in the lost and found. ♾️% recommend to go here again.
Good, but you guys can definitely put more sauce on food and separate the orders instead of putting it all in one container Wheelchair accessibility: Handi cap friendly
I originally posted a 1 start review months ago but had to come back. DOOOOOO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTT COME HERE, DONT ORDER TO GO OR ANY ONLINE ORDER. This is the WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTT fast food location in the most understaffed, SLOWEST, attitude filled, unsanitary, disgustin, restaurant ever. Everytime I come here it’s over an hour and thirty minute wait for a simple combo. Everyone is always angry for the long wait and the staff seem to not care one bit. I just seen the man making food in the back with no gloves and wipe his hands on his dirty pants before returning back to the kitchen. I’m not sure how this place is still in business.
Waited over an HOUR( 2 hours and 20 minutes to be exact)for my food. Then was told to come back in 20 minutes after waiting. I understand it’s Super Bowl Sunday but at least put accurate time for service. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location when it came to time. Constantly having to wait 20 extra minutes for my order. Received food cold. Fries were freezing. Never ordering here again
This Wingstop is the Wingstop from hell! I was vacationing with my bf in San Diego from LA and have never experienced such a long wait at a Wingstop! We arrive and the teenager at the cashier just stares at us until we approach him to make our order. We place our order and proceed to fill up our cups and my boyfriend ends up getting the orange Fanta which is super flat - I get the Coke because there’s literally no other option except those two. We try to get straws but there’s only 1 in a soggy holder. So we sit down and that’s when we notice instantly that we made a mistake ordering from there because there’s a bunch of people waiting for their orders! We ended up waiting almost an hour for our food - and that’s only because we were standing by the counter asking for an estimated time. Also, they don’t give refunds. It’s really sad because it seems a lot of people go there and the service is deplorable.
