found hair in my food then they wouldn’t give a refund for it…
i ordered online with uber eats two hours before i needed a 10pc wing, walked in and was told my receipt got lost because of technical difficulties. was told to grab my phone and show my receipt which i did and they had cancelled my order and did not offer to remake it or help me at all with figuring this situation out. with them having a long line, they did not care and i no longer had time for them to make it for my 30min break. very disappointed in their problem solving skills and customer service… and now i’m without lunch.
So I go to Wingstop really like once or twice a week and I always order the same thing, but today I want to try something new, so I got the Cajun wings4, Lemon pepper3, and 3 Garlic Parmesan. I did not realize that the Cajun wings had a sauce on them. I thought it was just the rub, so I had asked the so-called manager can I just switch them out to something else because I could not eat it and, she was being so hateful and mean, and she told me no, she said she couldn’t do it. So this nice employee Catherine was taking her break, and I simply asked her could she helped me out Just switching 4 of them out she did it with no problem. She was such a sweet person, and she understood how I was a regular customer and I always spend my money in there, and that was the first time I did that. She really made my day❤️❤️❤️
Ordered from here and bought 2 5pc tenders, they gave me one and then wanted to replace the second one I paid for with a COOKIE. Would’ve at least loved my money back.

Rude, I had to wait 5 minutes before being waited on due to them laughing and fooling around on the phone. Then was rejected to order food with 35 minutes left before closing so they could leave early. Worst Wing Stop experience ever!
