The food took almost an hour to receive and I ordered a pick up. Had to wait an extra almost 30 minutes. The cooks look overwhelmed and stressed.
Never going back again. I ordered online. Once I got there I waited 35 minutes to find out they have no chicken. On top of that they could not give me my refund due to the district manager was not there because she went to get some chicken from the store. I left out unknowingly that I was going to get a refund. Worker there said that District manager will issue the refund eventually. Never will I ever order from there again!
Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the register, another hour to get food. Absolutely ridiculous for some wings.
Horrible service, takes forever and even if you order ahead for over an hour they tell you that they’re waiting on fries or sides if you ordered any, and they don’t give them to you. People walking out because the workers seem like they don’t want to be there. If possible I would give them a zero on service. Just go to a different Wingstop.
Worst wingstop area . Order food 1 hour before still have to wait 20 mins more once I arrive with maybe about 2 people in the lobby . Once bitten into food was under cooked and cold . Do not recommend
We had forgotten why we'd stop coming to wingstop for 6 years. HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD! We waited 45 minutes for our food & that's only because we complained, waiting too long. Oh, & they don't even clean unless you tell them to.
Got my order wrong… asked for 2 flavors they only gave me 1. We ate it anyway and then got food poisoning. So yeah this place sucks.
I ordered off door dash and had to take back but when I arrived the manager Celeste made sure my order was perfect everything was amazing she is a great lead thank you again will be back
