Wingstop

Realice el pedido online a las 11am y estuvo listo a las 11:55am además de hacer 3 llamadas al teléfono y nadie contestó, pésimo servicio y solo fueron 10 wings.. terrible lugar

Siempre pasaba y tenía curiosidad d probar el pollo de ahí y m lleve muy mala experiencia pedimos 8 wing y m han dado 8 alas d paloma pero horrible el servicio se demora y no pensé que las presas d pollo fueran tan pequeñas y la cantidad tan grande pimienta que m dañó el estómago l verdad d 10 le doy 2

I come here every week. I love this place. Yesterday we got the same order as usual. Except this time the chicken looked like popcorn chicken from KFC except more expensive. We've never had this happen this before. Usually the pieces are large with enough left over for the next day. This time it was different. I'm incredibly disappointed at wingstop for letting this be sold. It's an embarrassment to the wingstop chain's reputation.

Firstly, we were told our order would take 15-20 minutes. After 30 plus minutes I had to go ask for the food. The server gave attitude and argued that it had not been 30 minutes. When we got the food it was the wrong order and was missing an item. When I pointed out that I was missing fries… I was told I never ordered them. So I showed my receipt. That’s when I complained that the wings weren’t the ones I ordered. My son had eaten two. The manager, Jorge, said, “you ate three already now you’re telling me, I can’t take this back and give it to anyone else cuz you touched it.” The point is why would he give it to anyone else? He was being obnoxious, condescending, rolling his eyes… and so rude. The staff were unprofessional and provided poor customer service. We are not going to patron this establishment again.

I’m not going to go into to much detail about my experience here at this location, but I will say, the managers RUDE AF, got shorted 10 wings, super cold and fries were oily and super salty. Idk how this locations still in business but I HIGHLY recommend, try another location cause the one here on 147th and Kendall drive, disgusting!!!! From the food to the manager. Sad part is watching the employees ignore the phone calls coming in and were talking about they already cleaned up already , yet the place still was open for another hour and half!! I won’t ever return here ! They are rude and CROOKS and LIARS!!! Parking: DONT GO TO this location ever!!!!!

My meal was amazing . Don’t let the negative comments drive you away from here. Great food

Fresh food and fast service. No complaints. Staff attended me as soon as I entered the store and assisted me with my coupon. My food wasn’t over seasoned and cooked to perfection despite the staff having several orders. The store itself was very tidy. Definitely recommend this location
