Amazing food, amazing service!!

I ordered delivery from this place about two weeks ago. I got my order delivery canceled twice and had to contact them about it. Asked for a refund since it wasn't being fulfilled and have never seen the refund for over two weeks now. Don't waste your time ordering from this place. You'll just be disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Fishhatch. Decided to order from this spot because it was closer but I've learned that i was right to avoid this spot from seeing the reviews alone. None of my wings came with any sauce.....they just came plain. How do you do that? If it was a dry rub i can see it happening but i ordered actual wet sauce on them....

Please what number can I call to get my money back. I ordered food this past Sunday and did not receive my order do to the miss management going on. There was no less than 50 people inside. I was not able to pick up my food and just want my money back. Everything I call I get no answers. I'm not trying to drive 15 minutes to the store to get my money back.

Ordered wings and took over three hours to get them. The food is good, but the wait was not worth it.

I would give zero stars if possible. If you work at this wing stop, you don’t even deserve minimum wage. Expect to wait an unreasonable amount of time if you order here. The employees will tell you “gonna be 20 minutes” for hours on end. Fu wing stop.

We ordered 200 wings for the Super Bowl around 4pm it is 7pm and they haven’t gotten our wings made yet. They don’t tell you how long it is going to take when asking and just say 20 minutes every time. Ordered online so we could just pick it up before the game and they won’t call us when the order is done. Terrible service and can’t get our money back.

Absolutely ridiculous- waiting 3+ hours for an order and it’s still not ready and now they aren’t letting people cancel orders because it’s too busy. EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience- will not be returning.
