This place needs new employees ASAP whoever worked on March 8, 2024 between 3pm-5pm needs to be fired they’re playing on the phone don’t know what they’re doing I called to cancel an order they told me to go online and cancel it since it was an online order then they refused to answer the phone after calling them 5xs back playing on the phone say that they needed to screenshot a receipt to corporate for my refund I never received any food or anything but they have my money and I want it back they all need to be fired immediately

When I say ATROCIOUS! so ghetto and very unprofessional. I’m writing this while in line waiting on my food going on 2 hours. I called in my order at 10:12pm. They messed my order up twice. I asked for a refund , the girl tried to tell me I had to choose between a refund , getting my food. I said I was getting my food since the refund was taking forever lol. I stated I would be back to talk to management tomorrow. She stated I would be wasting my gas and that if she was giving me my food then I didn’t need to come back the next day. Y’all will forever receive bad reviews because you’re hiring kids. And mfs who don’t want to work! It’s not okay. They were at closing time and still had nothing ready for ANYONE. They are unprofessional, no gloves , touching chicken bare hands when rushing.a hot mess! Only employee who at least acted like he cared was Michael

Wingstop was busy and my order took much longer than it should have. Food was hot and fresh but it definitely is a wait and I ordered online and ahead

I am very patient but when you wait 30 minutes and get the wrong food , your patience goes right out the window

0's all across the board. Do us a favor and CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!! Your employees need to be drug tested ASAP. The store is disgusting, the casher was high out his mind, the other young man stays on his phone. He changed the price of our food 3 times without even putting it in. Long story short, either close the store or hire an all new staff please for everyones safety before you end up getting sued for undercooked food and unhealthy environment.

The workers are slow they dont listen,rude, and disrespectful. I came and they didnt take no card. I have to repeat my flavor multiple times. Barely any drink flavors no ice. Not clean at all sticky floor nasty counters. Over all dont come.

Gotta have some of the laziest workers around. Yall get paid to work and yall dont even do your work. The card machine was down and it takes 10 min to even acknowledge a customer. What a joke... lost my service....
