They are busy, busy busy from the time they open to the time they close phone never stops ringing and the lobby is always full, but somehow they managed to provide delicious food with every single order I’ve ever placed with them… mistakes have happened and been corrected immediately Vegetarian options: You MUST get the Cajun corn it’s so delicious!

Extremely rude and horrible attitudes. Not sure where they find these people. Additionally when I arrived home I noticed they forgot to give me the fries. They couldn't care less.

If you’re not a Latino patron, then you will be treated as second priority. I have no problem paying attention to key customer service characteristics and tonight I was thoroughly disgusted with my service here. The employees are all one race which I find discriminating and discouraging. I t almost always leads to some employees not respecting the diversity of the community and catering to their own kind. I came in well after the maximum wait time. A tall curly head young man off top ignored me and began helping a Latino woman who came after me and then two more Latino people. He gave them all their food. I asked him about my food and he replied “it’s not ready”. Long story short, my food was there the whole time. He and another crew member lied and said it just got there and since I knew there was misdirection and unfair treatment was ensuing, I made sure to see my bag had not just placed there. These kids that work here do what this country raise them to do, discreetly discriminate against Black people, mind you Black rappers and Black basketball players made this place popular. I asked for a manager and my receipt. The terrible server refused to give his name, so they failed as a team. I’m sick of spending money where they hire only Latino people because they choose to not hire others or make the environment so uncomfortable for us that we leave the store. His behavior was unacceptable and childish. He even sarcastically said “have a nice day” after being a lame undercover racist behaving employee. If Wingstop doesn’t want the Black Dollar, there are plenty more places to choose from. I remember when food like chicken was stereotyped by others as ghetto and Black people thing. Now there’s discrimination against us buying our own food. I will not be deterred to an ignorant employee but if this company gonna keep nothing but Latinos who don’t treat everyone the same, then others need to know. The restaurant was dirty crowded and non of the workers wear hair nets or gloves. I’m sure food easily gets cross-contaminated with that practice. Please understand and change back to the Wingstop I know or I will be calling Rick Ross and The Lakers!! Two thumbs down and shame on that non-diverse team who made it easier for discrimination to creep in!! Vegetarian options: Not much at all Parking: Terrible, it shares with a grocery store, drug store and a ton of restaurants. It’s anxiety to park frequently.

Buenas alas

This was my third and last time ordering from this Wingstop. The other two times, the fries were either extremely oily or undercooked. When I asked for well done they gave me lifeless fries and was arguing with me about it. This time around I asked for well done wings they were NOT well done. The mango habanero tasted like sauce and raw chicken I had to spit it out. The ranch tasted like it was going sour. — the fries were surprisingly perfect this time…. But this Wingstop is not consistent with the qualification

This was my second time coming here and why did I come back again I do not know. Worst customer service. Looking at me crazy ain’t nobody had a smile. I ain’t even say nothing when she got a lil attitude because I ain’t know she needed my name first to start the order. Got my name all wrong… that’s cool. But when I’m leaving they all trying to be funny like have a good night!!! Ok so the second time I come in she looking at me crazy … no customer service. Staring me down etc. I said my name clearly. These people threw some cold fries in the bag, bag ain’t have no name on it. Smh if y’all don’t like y’all job. Stop working there. Y’all unfriendly and caddy. I was still nice even when you ain’t have enough sense to ask me to spell Melody which is in the English dictionary. I won’t be back. GHETTO!!! RUDE….. I felt I needed to check my food. I’ll never come back here. Smile…. Do something
