Wingstop

Food is usually pretty good if you get it hot but you're pretty much guaranteed that they will mess up your order in one way or another. Whether the order is made wrong or missing items, every time I order from here there is a problem. What a shame. I was so happy when I heard this location was opening but it has only been a disappointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude , disorganized and terrible customer service…it was super crowded due to the Superbowl which me and my family predicted so that’s why we placed a PrePaid online order earlier in the week scheduled to be picked up. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and asked if we had an “online pick up order” which we did and were instructed to go to “a green table.” We were approaching the said green table and my SIL went past the Green table a little because there were no workers there and this was our first time in the shop and from the counter this one worker, JIMMY, shouts “where are you going ?!????! There’s people all waiting there, don’t you see them?? You’re cutting the whole line. If we had everyone picking up their own order that would be a big mess.” Obviously our intention was to not cut anyone and the shouting at us as if we were behaving like un-ruly, wild animals was uncalled for and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location nor giving them any more business. Very disappointing.

Jimmy was very rude when we went to pick up our pre-paid order before the super bowl. the lady that was standing by the door when we walked in told us to grab our order at the green table, so as we’re walking over Jimmy stars yelling that “were cutting all these people” as if we knew what those people were waiting for. It was not our intention to cut the line and he could’ve been nicer about it. I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t get me wrong wingstop. I LOVE ya’ll. But the past few times I have ordered delivery from ya’ll… boy was I disappointed. First time around my fries were not included which I ordered… I let the it slide… but today when I ordered from you guys and you forgot my CORN… was so upset… sigh… had to resort to writing this review… my money wasted on nonexistent corn…

The wings were okay. It was too dry and hard. However, the sauce flavors were good.

Wings were decent, nothing spectacular. Customer service was great. A few wings were missing and the manager made my whole order over. Above and beyond.
