Wingstop

This location here!!! I don't know if they just take the workers and don't train them. Today i made an order online and sent my husband to pick up. 30 mins later he gets there and a worker states that my order is not ready because they were waiting for me to call them to inform me that they didn't have the flavors that i requested. 1. why wait for the customer to call you?? 2. This order was placed online. 3. That flavor is not suppose to even be there as an option. 4. How is the customer suppose to know??? 5. Why ask for customer # at the time of check out??? . I called back and same worker stated " ohhh we don't call people" WHAT??? And something about me is i don't care how good the food is. If i'm not getting good customer service?? I will not spend my hard working money on some disrespectful environment. That location right when u walk in it's just chaos! I wish they would build another location on the West Side or in Lauderhill. So people wouldn't have to go through this!!!!!!

Corn was atrocious. Literally, tasted like they washed off the corn after only seasoning it with chilli pepper. Tasted NOTHING like it’s supposed to, full of water droplets is what it tastes like. Corn is 1/2 the reason why I buy from WingStop. You guys trashed the food here. Now, I’m going to have to drive 30 minutes away somewhere else. Literally, my 4 year old could have done a better job than that. I should have a refund.

I would no longer come to that Wingstop no more bad customer service everybody act like they don’t wanna be bothered. She told me that I cannot make my food well done. How can you tell the customer that buying food that what can you buy did you read my sign? You’re making their own signs aside the store ridiculous. the host name Nylla. she’s very rude. She doesn’t deserve a job. and then not fully covered my boneless wings it’s ridiculous. Like I said, don’t come here

I’m only giving this an extra star because the wings and the fries are actually really good and really tasty but I’m giving it only two stars overall because customer service in this location sucks. Upon walking in so I can place my order the girl in the front just looks at me with an attitude and I stare back at her like is she going to ask me what I’m going to order? So not only that the bathrooms are closed to the public they lie and say it doesn’t work but it’s always closed and the place is extremely cold to the point where my fingers my tip of my nose are numb. The most unprofessional Wingstop experience ever I will never be returning back I’d rather drive to Atlantic Blvd., Wingstop instead which is a much better experience.

Obviously they hate to answer the phone because they never do!
