If I could give 0 stars on the service I would definitely do it! My boyfriend and I went to this location on Wednesday night at 9pm and they closed down half of the restaurant and put the chairs up but left the other half open and and we were like okay we will sit over here and we went to place our order and they told us it would be an hour and we were okay with it and we paid and sat down and then one of the girls from the back seen a soccer team come in after us and after they placed their order she yelled out loud to everyone "YALL CANT EAT IN HERE AFTER YOU GET YOUR FOOD" it was literally 9pm and there were no signs saying to not dine in after a certain time or anything and we looked at the time and the sign said closed at 12am so we were like ??? So at 10pm we got our food and the cashier told us we couldn't eat there and my boyfriend said "you guys aren't closed and you didn't say anything when you rang us up so we will be dining in" and he brought our food back to the table and the cashier went and told the loud girl from the back and then she came out acting very tough saying out loud "WHO SAID THAT" as in who said they are dining in and there's literally no signs about no dining in. Before all of that, at 9pm a handful of people kept saying there was no ice in the fountain drink machine and the girl workers up front constantly kept telling customers "we are out of ice" every single time BUT later at 10pm when a male employee shows up then all of a sudden there's ice and he starts filling the machine with ice. Smh, horrible experience, lazy workers, very ghetto, AND unprofessional!

ZEROSTARS!!!! I understand restaurant are busy but over 1hr for a 10 piece wing combo and Windstop sends a survey and offer a french fry on next order what a joke Please do yourself a favor and just go to Wingstop in Boulder Station food not slopped up and no grease bags

If I could give minus stars I would! Their service is horrific! No one helps you they see you standing there waiting and won’t ask if you need anything and you’re looking at waiting 40mins to over an hour.and all I do is pick up for doordash! Trust me this place will never get my money

Placed an online order, says it will be ready in an hour, I show up to the location and I end up waiting another hour for my order. Never coming to this wingstop again

Place is always understaffed. If you order online and says 60 mins make sure you add an extra 30 to it.

Worst place ever! I placed an online pick up order at 7:30pm and my email said it was going to be ready in 60 minutes so once I get there I was told it wasn’t ready and had to wait another 40 minutes! First and last time I go to this location!!!

If I could give it zero star for the experience I had I would. This is the worst experience in my life and customer service. What ever girl i tried to speak to when I called to complain about spending over $60 and my children and l not being able to even bite or eat the chicken because it harder then a rock. I waiting over 114 minutes and spent over $65 for my food. At lest i could bring it in and they just re make it. NOPE She goes and hangs up in my face. I called around 10:30pm 3/31/2024 at the 400 n Nellis location. So i kept calling back and She didn't answer the phone anymore it just ring and rings. Around 11:00 pm someone decided to picks up the phone and hangs up ever time i called back. And i called until they were closed at midnight. I feel like my children not being able to eat wasn't important nor worth her time. Disgusting customers service. And she needs to be retrained. Last time I spend my money here. Don't treat your customers like animals . But the top it all off.I received a email From wingstop after I complained online about my experience . They apologize and they gave me a $10 gift card when I spent $65. That was an insult.$10 and my kids didn't get to eat their food for Easter. We're worth $10. You have officially lost the customer.
