Awful. Me and my fiance ordered food here. Recieved the food. it was covered in oil. The container was doused in oil. Fries were cold and soggy. This is absurd and I will never order here again. It is not worth your money and not worth me going to the hospital over because I got sick from them.

Ordered from them at 1PM and it arrived around 2PM. Took them 1 hour and I didn’t get half of my meal. I ordered 2 meals and they completely left out an entire meal. I never received my drinks or sauces.

Only got half my order. Staff is clueless. Waited a half hour for the wrong food. Not even that busy. Dont order from this location. This place is broken. A homeless shelter has better customer service than this place.

Every time I have gone to this location the fries are either burnt or the wings are drenched in oil, it’s disgusting. They also forget to put ranch in your bag.

Walked in an hour before they closed. Wouldn’t take my order.

i ordered a 10 pc boneless 2 diff flavors and got 5, theres no way in hell i spent $30 on doordash to get 5 wings, dont order from wingstop unless you want to spend money for no food.

I am a night shift nurse at Kennestone Hospital and I ordered wings from them last night and my wings were under cooked and loaded in so much butter the bag was leaking butter. I didn’t get my refund back and I have also been trying to contact them through phone all day but no one answers. I am beyond upset that their night shift workers sent me under cooked chicken.

I really love the size, breading, and flavor of the chicken tenders but the meat is just not good. Every time I order these tenders the chicken is so rubbery. Also when I went in person and asked for a water they charged me for a drink, no free water I guess.
