Fries are always soggy, my last 2 trips here my wings weren’t fresh, they’ve forgotten my sauces twice now. They give you free fries if you give a 5 star Google Review because they’re constantly getting bombed with terrible reviews for terrible service. No one looks happy to be there ever. Never coming back to this location.

We tried this place for the first time. We got our order to go. The wings were very good. Service was good. We will be back

I would delete this review because I know it was read by the restaurant. Every time I pick up an order now they ask if I would like a drink if I’m making one for the customer and that’s how it should be. If you do it for one who looks like you; you should do it for ones who don’t. I’m not going to delete it just yet because the restaurant did not reply to me as if I’m not a person with feelings. Where is your empathy, apology or something cause calling a spade a spade that was discrimination what your employee did but ok. The Hispanic lady working the counter between 3:30 and 3:38 offered the man gig worker a drink that entered before me and didn’t offer me one. We walked in at the same time. There was no one there but us. That was not proper on this hot day at all.

Does this building lack basic reading comprehension skills? So many times I order cheese sauce and either don't get sauce at all or get Ranch. If I'm ordering wing stop it's because I'm wanting fries. I ask for well done fries with a side of cheese sauce and I get soggy undone fries and ranch. Learn to read it's listed right on the order.

Decided to get lunch and the customer service was awesome, Matnob helped me with my order.

Ordered 10 classic, 10 classic boneless, 10 hot, 5 extra classic bone-in All wings came Hot! Very disappointed.

Muy mal servicio. El personal que atiende al público es muy mal educado. Hacen esperar mucho a las personas por sus órdenes. No tienen consideración con las personas que hacen delivery de doordash y uber . Estuve en la tienda alrededor de 25 minutos en la espera de mi orden. Adentro en la cocina no se toman su trabajo en serio. Decepcionada de esta tienda totalmente.
