It's not what I expected but okay I can eat here again.

Staff answering the phone extremely rude and unprofessional.multitasking. However,cannot understand staff on the phone while doing other tasks. When asked to clarify what is said over the phone because the phone Is muffled staff gets argumentative about the muffled ness of the phone. When called to ask for the manager...wh is supposed to be Aida ...was told that the manager is not on location and the person answering the phone is acting as manager of the staff. And that I should mention my reaction to the unprofessionalism of the staff. Basically, the blame is put on the customer from the staff for their inadequacies in service. If not for the fact that my child wanted this particular establishment food because we are mourning the loss of a family member, I would never order from this establishment. And I will not order from here EVER AGAIN

The service is what makes this place stand out! I work nearby and come on my breaks for food, the manager walked my food over to my workplace when they noticed I never came to retrieve it. They even threw in some extra fries because mine got cold! That's above and beyond. Thank you!!

The food was the best part of this experience. When the food finally did come out about 40 minutes later , it was delicious. There was a girl who was working at the front and she was so disrespectful to her male co-worker. She was cussing and yelling and had no care in the world if any customers were hearing what was going on. It was honestly so uncomfortable. I think some basic training would be really valuable.

Ran in to grab a quick lunch it took 30 minutes to get a 8 PC lemon pepper wings And there was no one else in the place upon my arrival. If you are short on time this is not the place to stop !!

We order a 6 pc and a chicken sandwich that took over 40 minutes to make. A family of 6 got there food faster with a 40 pcs and other stuff and they were behind us by 4 people. How did they get there food first when they got there 15 minutes after us.

Food is nice. Clean n friendly staff.
