10:50 a.m. February 29, 2024. There is a Hispanic male at the front counter with dark hair yelling and snapping at customers. He said that there was a drink they didn’t have and that I needed to “go substitute it we ain’t got it” as he said. I asked him for his name he refused and said he was the General Manager and refused to give me his name. He also refused to let me speak to an associate that wasn’t irate. He yelled at the DoorDash driver in front of me who also had to substitute her drinks. I’ve come to this location for years, but I’ve never come this early so I never experienced his service. It was so awful I asked him was he okay. I understand this industry is stressful, but yelling at young women is not cool especially if you are the general manager.
I had a take out order and the cashier or manager guy in the front was rude after telling me to hold on a second for my order. He looks hispanic and had on a work jacket/sweater. I have no problem waiting I was not sure why he had an issue with me.
Placed an order online today for 100 wings. Called location to give specifics on the type of wings i wanted for a gathering. Spoke to a young lady who confirmed my order AND confirmed the time for pick up (6:00p.m). I arrive at 6:05 and cashier stated that she couldn’t find the order i had placed online. After digging around they uncovered that previous shift failed to inform them about our order and stated that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for order to be completed. We left the location at 6:35. So much for being the wing experts.
This location always messes up my order when I order online. Something is always missing. Either a side item, sauces, etc. I once ordered a big family pack and a whole 10pc corn side was missing. It’s such an inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to check my order at the restaurant, but I do now. Tastes good though. Customer service needs improvement.
