They seemed to be closed 35 minutes early tonight. Google says they close at 10 but was all closed and lights off on the inside by 9:25. Employees standing behind the counter, I called sitting in the parking lot to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, but they just watched the phone ring. Drove a good distance to get nothing.
The lady who took my order was super nice! She confirmed my order twice and was very friendly. Unfortunately, when I came home I realized that they had gotten my order switched up. I payed for my full order while receiving someone else’s much smaller order. It was late and we live further away and we weren’t about to drive back. The next day I called again and asked if they could make a replacement. I was told that they couldn’t do anything because it was yesterday. We lost about $13 because they had my order switched up. The wing stop location on 280 is more consistent with food and service. 2 stars.
Where to begin? The floors were filthy and sticky, the bathrooms were disgusting, the drink machine was out of everything, the tables were left with trash for a long time and were filthy, and the food took over 30 minutes for a small, simple order. Awful experience.
Food is good but service is terrible. If you order online do not expect the food to be ready anywhere close to the time you are given. Food was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. I went to pick up 30 minutes after order and the order had not been started. I left . Staff could care less about service.
I love the garlic parmesan wings and the mild Buffalo wings.
I mean it's not bad. The food was tasty but the boneless wings were overcooked a bit and hard. I also got food poisoning from something here.
