On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, my friend and I went to this location (as we sometimes do) to order wings. Upon entering the location, it was warm and we were planning to dine in. We ordered 20 wings and my friend ordered a drink. I asked for a cup for ice only and employee said they don’t have water/ice cups just the cups they use to sale drinks. Don’t forget it’s warm and not a comfortable dining experience. So I asked the employee whats going on with the air and he just said it’s not working. I ask to speak with manager and the employee just comes back and says the manager said they working on getting it fixed. So I asked to speak directly with the manager and asked for a cup for ice again. The manager didn’t even try to accommodate me with a cup but just kept saying how every cup has to be accounted for and he is unable to give me a cup for ice. So Shandra being Shandra said, we are canceling our order to go to another Wingstop location. My friend had paid with a $20 and $10, order was $29.08 and they gave us change of .92 cents. When the Store Manager/General Manager came to reimburse us, he INSISTED that we give him the .92 cents back to do the reimbursement. He even went as far as saying, we would not get our $ back unless we gave the .92 cents back. I was like seriously, can he not do the math. And why should I make it easy for an establishment that couldn’t even give me a cup for ice, after we had purchased wings, a drink and dining in a warm uncomfortable restaurant. After about 3-5 mins going back and forth, the General Manager gave us the $30 and said they will figure it out. Just an overall ridiculous experience. We went to another Wingstop only about 12 mins away off Hallandale Blvd and the food and the overall experience was great. Customer service is “everything.” There are too many restaurants to dine at to tolerate a lack of customer service. This location will NEVER get any business from me again.

So I called the number to see if maybe I could apply for a job and a guy answers, asks to put me on hold, so I say yes no problem. He comes back off of hold and asks me if I want to order I say no and he goes “How may I help you?” I asked if they’re hiring and he says oh i think you’re breaking up and hangs up on me LMAO. First off, how could he hear me answer everything else but not my question? Secondly, the food here is never as satisfactory as you think it would be. Fries always stale and cold. Just ghetto and unprofessional but hey it IS a chicken place so am I surprised? No

Went here last night and it was awful. Wings were undercooked with soft skin and order was wrong. Ordered 10 mild, 10 hot, and 10 BBQ. One container had the 10 hot and the other container had 19 BBQ and ONE mild underneath the BBQ...? Not worth the $44 paid.

Trash!!! Gave this place a second try from moving in the area. The worst. Second time as soon as you walk in it smells like sour mop water. Ask for Hot.. wings are dry no sauce extra crispy meat is dry. Everyone does not like crispy wings. These taste like they been dropped in grease 2-3 times. No flavor and dried out. Fries are extra seasoned. Too salty!! Tried to give my shih tzu a fry bc he love fries and he smelled it and left it on the floor. That tells me there it’s not even good for a dog. I was better off going to Popeyes! Never again here. 2 times is enough!!!! Went on a Saturday around 1pm. No crowd, no rush on orders.

When I walked in the cashier girl forgot my name 3 times because she was really intoxicated on a drug and the food wasn't ready despite waiting 30 mins and no line. The wings were absolutely disgusting and a bit hard. All of the wings. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t even eat more than 2 wings and we had a meal with 16 boneless wings and fries. I tried eating the rest this morning and since last night my body refuses to digest it and now I am vomiting the food out. Absolutely disgusting! Food poisoning. So far I have been vomiting for more than 15 minutes. Update: more than 25 mins and I am still vomiting. I flushed the toilet like 3 times already. And threw up more than 10 times so far
