Wingstop

I truly never thought I'd see this day come: Wingstop has always been my favorite wing restaurant. I haven't ordered from them since December 2023 and I've been eating clean since then, so I'm truly unsure if it's always been this bad or if something has happened since then (maybe the new plastic boxes?). All of the food tasted like some sort of chemical, the only decent items were the drink and ranch :( the taste reminded me of plastic overtone or something. I even considered if it may have simply been old grease, but no..it reminded me of drinking water that's been sitting in a hot plastic bottle for several weeks. The buffalo & bbq sauce didn't cover the chemical taste at all. Definitely an unnatural taste. I ended up disposing of it :(

I am in utter disbelief. There were feathers on my chicken wings!! See the photos because I didn’t believe it either. This is truly unacceptable and disgusting. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

No one spoke English. Raw fries did not even salt the fries. Chicken was so overcooked that you could not even take a bite. Tried to get a refund and "sorry no speek english". And they walked away. I just pushed the bag off the counter onto the floor and walked out. Don't go here people. No management.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Nasty chewy chicken, the bones in some of the wings were broken inside, filling the meat with bone marrow. I’ve tried wingstop a total of 5 times in the past 5-6 months and it’s never been even ok it’s down right rancid.

Manager, MICHELLE, at this location is rude, disrespectful and terrible!!! Hoping her supervisor will read this. She has no customer service skills. Had trouble with my order that actually went through at a different location but her employee admitted he made a mistake when i had called this location about my order. When i asked to speak with her to clarify (we all make mistakes and the kid was sorry so no problem), she was immediately defensive, extremely rude, spoke over me & used a mocking tone. Not sure what's going on in her life to make her behave that way, but found this unacceptable!

Amazing wings! Better than BWW.

Forgot to include the fries to all the orders. Teen girl behind the counter was high as a cloud. Hard to order food with her, she kept asking “what?” And then would blank stare. I made sure we repeated the whole as a family was standing right next to me with significant order issues and after all that she just completely botched our order. It would be one thing if it was a cheap meal somewhere, but this was a $70 order of wings/ food for the family.

Wrong order for probably the 5th time. Phones didnt work for several weeks. They don't care if they rip you off nor replace your order even with credit card receipts.

Employees are terrible, never get your food accurately and the manager never contacted back like promised.

It looks like they don’t want to work, it’s 10 pm and they said they were out of to all the flavors I asked for and their attitude was awful.
