On Sunday 11/19/2023 I placed an online order at around 4pm (50 wing group pack). I felt rushed when abruptly being handed my order but trusted that they would have made sure my order was correct. As I was driving home I noticed that almost half the order was missing. 25 wings, 4 dips, two large fries were missing to be exact. Luckily I wasn’t far from the store so I was able to turn around and let them know. However, what appalled me was the fact that I was being rushed (again) to share what was missing and a gentleman in green hair almost made it seem like I was lying about what was missing. This location used to be my go to but it definitely seems like it’s gone downhill over the past couple months. Luckily there’s more around this location because I will not be returning.

I have to give it up to JAM. After having an issue with delivery. JAM was able to help...not long before closing. I was grateful and will continue to venture to this store. For more yrs of customer friendly service

Had my food delivered. They forgot half of my order and when I called they said they couldn’t refund the half of my order but I could come pick it up. I told them no I can’t come pick it up, so they told me they would apply a credit to my account. I called to place an order at a later date and spoke to the manager. He was very unprofessional and rude. He would not apply the credit to my order and instead kept calling it “weird” because no one told him about a credit. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Basically paid for food I never received.
