Reason , food was cold and bad taste, call and the person who answer the call said yust come back and we will give you another one.TREAT CUTOMERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED ...
Waited for a hour and they messed up my order
This just might be the worst Wingstop that I’ve ever been to in my life. I placed an order online January 3, 2024 at around 5:27 PM. The order status said 21 to 26 minutes. No problem I arrive around 5:45 PM And call the store to check the status of my order. She said give us six minutes. They are busy first of all and I tell them my name as soon as I go in. She says they’re working on your order about 15 minutes later I checked the app and it says order complete. I go up to the counter and tell them They marked my order as complete, but I’ve been waiting. She says they’re working on your order in the line. It will be out soon. After waiting another 15 minutes I still don’t get my order. But I see them bagging a lot of orders and tossing them to the side by time I get my order my tenders are cold, and the fries are all right. I will never come to this location again. I’m on my way to work that’s why I placed an online order and paid early. Now I’m going to be late and have to eat cold food. Thanks for nothing !!
The absolute worst Wing stop I have ever been to, place was trashed food took 45 mins.
Customer service off the hook, they didn't leave you standing there looking stuck at the menu. They were very patient with explaining the different sauces. It was my first time there & it won't be my last!!! O yea,,thanks for the free fries
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The Hot, BBQ, and spicy Korean wings are all my favorites.
They need to be a bit more generous with seasoning.
