This customer experience at the store was preposterous. We waited for more an hour; ordered at 4:11 and recieved at 5:32 to be exact. I went up to the counter various time and recieve the responses, "we are working on walk-in orders as of now", "your order should be getting bagged", and "wait a bit of time". Eventually, they told us that the ticket got burned in the kitchen?? This has to be a health code violation. An employee reassured us that our order was put on priority. However, we waited aproximetly 10 more minutes. We spoke to an employee that expressed her concerns that there was confusion in the kitchen and they were severely behind. Even after ALL THIS, we had ordered a large ranch which was not even included in our bag. I had to go to the counter and they argued with us saying a mistake was not made. We had to bring the bag to the counter and watch them check to prove it. There was no compensation offefed for this encounter and the staff was no help, no apologies were offered. My lunch was unwillingly turned into dinner. This location is poorly managed and clearly a mess.
This is my second time coming here, the food was great, the staff was helpful and prompt, they call out names several times to make sure people pick up their orders and are very helpful. Will be coming back.
Staff is very friendly, fast, and competent.
The wait was horrible, and the service was decent, they were very unprofessional. The food was good, and very cheap for the sizes and portions, I would come here again, but with lower expectations than i already had before. Vegetarian options: There doesn't seem to be any vegetarian options
This place sucks, it tells you a time for pick and it has been one hour waiting, either hire more people or close doors where is the manager?
