Call ahead!! But the wings are great!!

I'm disappointed with wingstop. We waited a long time for the food. It was bagged and sealed so I assumed it was fresh. I waited around 10 minutes past the estimated ready time. No big deal if the food is fresh. Had to go back in to get our cups because the wife ordered drinks. Get home and the food is cold. Not even warm it's cold. We used the microwave to warm up our food. Disappointed!

The “manager” kept yelling at everyone to go sit in their cars and they would call you when it was ready. I showed them the app saying my order was complete and they couldn’t find it. They just kept saying we are working on it. After going back twice I asked where was my order as it had now been 20 minutes since the app told me the order was ready. She left and never came back to tell me if they even had my order. After waiting another 10 min inside, the “manager” again yelled at everyone saying “If you haven’t received a phone call GO BACK TO YOUR CARS!! WE WILL CALL YOU!!” One customer ordered his food a little after 4pm and was told they were still working on his order and he needed to go back to his car and wait. We will NEVER be back here again bc of how rude that “manager” is.

The female lead was rude and had an attitude with all the customers. She didn’t have any sense of urgency with any customer orders. She was handling the money and was touching the food. She was rude to her co-workers. We inquired about our order after waiting 40 minutes while watching customers who ordered after us receive their food. She said our food was ready and made us sit for another 10 minutes until I asked for a refund. She refused our refund and continued to be rude. We didn’t get everything we paid for. Absolute worst experience I had at a restaurant in years. Do not go to this location. Expressway location is great and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an order.

Bunch of lazy ghetto trash working here. They will ignore you and not make your food you paid for.

This place needs a manager who runs the shift. Suggest maybe making more then one order at a time to. Today was pretty ridiculous but it's been this way every time I visit. Nice people just never on point always behind.
