This establishment is trash!! Leo Garcia I guess the manager refused to fix my order even though they messed up. The last time this happened they blamed DoorDash. The staff is rude. And Leo needs better customer skills as “A MANAGER”
The angry Spanish speaking lady in the front charged me 3$ for the smallest side of veggies and gave me a huge attitude over it... No okay
I had received a 5 free wing coupon from the wing stop on 20th and I tried to bring it here . I understand if you can’t take the code. But to glare at me as if I’m trying to scam them is so unprofessional and rude. I told them I could call the other wing stop so they know it’s not a scam. And they cut me off saying the promotions are only for specific wing stops. It was the older Hispanic lady working as a manager at 8:00 pm 02/11/2024. If they would’ve stated that I would’ve been perfectly fine but her tone and accusatory attitude was so disrespectful and I will never be coming back to this wing stop ever again in my life . My family and I will drive the extra 10 mins. My boyfriend went in first with the same coupon and they took it and gave him the 5 free wings. He’s Hispanic as well . But for me a black woman they questioned my intentions and accused me of trying to scam. And told me they couldn’t take it . We only came in separate because our toddler was in the car and we didn’t want to undo the car seat. I genuinely feel like I was discriminated against .
Terrible. Isn’t open when they say they are. The employees here are lazy and have bad service from multiple experiences.
The people working tonight were super sweet and kind. The food was also buss. Probably some of the best wingstop I’ve eaten. The chicken was perfectly crisp and seasoned/coated and the voodoo fries were so yummy. Chefs kiss
