This location is disgusting and the staff are incompetent and should all be terminated immediately. I received the wrong order with no name or receipt on the bag from UBER. I had no choice but to eat what I received since Uber refused to provide me a refund. The food made me ill. Do not eat here.

Rick ross need to get his workers in order ,that wing stop on flat shoals have the most distasteful workers ,and clearly there are racist and disrespectful, I would of rate this service 0 if I could of ,very poor management

If I could get this place zero stars, I would! - They do not prepare your food on time! - They talk over your food and do not wear gloves!! - Very unsanitary AND RUDE! If you want to go to the place, that’s unsanitary, unprofessional and do not follow instructions. Please come here.

I ordered mild wings but got plain. My voodoo fries were missing. I went back to the store and the guy was nice but my fries were soggy

I ordered 2..10 piece Wings and Fries….with Uber eats…They changed the delivery time several times from 7:10- 7:42 when it arrived the food was COLD…There were only about Ten regular size Fries the other ones were little stringy looking Fries….And they weren’t seasoned enough…..The wings weren’t seasoned well and they left a WHOLE WING ….even the tip was on it NO LIE….They knew what they were doing when they put that Whole chicken win my container…like it was a Joke… it wasn’t funny….I tried calling the restaurant several times and no one would pick up….They will never get my money again….

Ordered on line asked for no pickles I walked in and virtually said it again she said I got it with a attitude, I get my bag open it and there’s pickles I said oh you got this? She complained the whole 12 mins of remaking the order and then expected me to keep the same fries I said I want hot fries she complained 3 more minutes, this is unacceptable

Kimberly is a breath of fresh. She and G have a great energy and it shows in their customer service. I love Wingstop but I used to dread going here because of the attitudes I would encounter. Them days appear to be gone. Keep up the great work!
