Well to start off ordered a 24 piece family pack the wings were not cooked all the way the chicken looked white and the chicken had feathers still on them threw away all shown on picture

This location used to be good at getting your order in less then 20 min but now they take 40 mins they need to remove the 16-20 time frame when people place orders!
