Wingstop

This was by far one of the worst wingstops I've ever been to and I was visiting from Atlanta. There was no soap to wash your hands and the restroom, the servers would not give you eye contact and there was no receipt in the bag. And my work, receipts are important! The wings were cooked extremely hard and the fries well, you can look at the fries yourself, they were greasy, burned, and they had bottom of a barrel potato bits inside. I was so disappointed the Dallas Wingstop Green Bay Wisconsin wingstops are better than that garbage!

The chicken is delicious, but the fries are pretty bad, cuz they were basically bipolar

Wow the level of ineptitude is astronomical. If sorry dumb and rude.. is your upbringing how can 1 expect you to give a dam I now understand why not to, to put your business in a certain location

Took forever to get my order !

They have a small window that they pass your food and drinks through, no customer service whatsoever.

I placed an Online Order at 12 noon to be picked up at 5:15pm got there and order wasn't ready, they were Very Unorganized and the Old Ahh Manager was sitting in the back and wasn't helping get the orders out or keeping things running smoothly. Employees had an Attitude with customers who were simply asking if their Order was ready and they were also letting people walk straight in and order food and giving them their orders faster than the people who had already been waiting for over 1 Hour. I ordered a 50 piece Online and a dude came in and ordered a 30 piece at the register and was given his order in about 15 min, not sure if that was their friend or family member but that was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went to Wynn Wood Location, walker straight in and ordered a 50 piece at the register and got it in 20 min. They were very Organized and it was packed also, you can tell the difference in Management and the Crew! Vista Wood is Ghetto ahh hell!!! Never again and yes I got a Refund!!!
