Tell me why these fries were soggy cold and not even crispy. Anything you could imagine is wrong withe the food at this place. No other wingstop is as bad as this one. I SWEAR I GIVE THIS PLACE SO MANY CHANCES BUT IT ALWAYS ENDS UP WASTING MY MONEY. Also some of the fries lowkey have bite marks

Stelzer is doing a lot better a year ago Yella took my order she was real nice excellent customer service I couldn’t stand this location I see it’s getting way better

Wings are OK. The sauce used to be much better. Be ready to pay top dollar.

Will never be back waited over 50 mins for a 6 piece combo because somehow my order got placed in the back of the others yet another food chain that can't do their job and be held accountable nor did they apologize run me my refund I'll be checking my account everyday for 5 business days it'll take

Me and my husband stopped in here after a flight into Columbus. It was pretty busy, a lot of people waiting. Our wings were good. We got an order of bbq and garlic Parmesan. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. We dined in. The wings were fresh, tasty, and their ranch dressing is top notch! Our fries were not very fresh. The employees weren’t all that friendly. The location was a bit sketchy to be at late night. This was my first time trying wingstop. We will check out a different location next time.

NOT A SAFE place at night. People park in the fire zone (in front of door) and reeks of weed. It’s disgusting. The fries were not fresh at all. The cashier pulled a name out of his butt for my order so we didn’t get our order for like 30 minutes by that time our food was warm not hot. They were out of napkins and the tables were sticky. Definitely will not return here. But the food I would get delivered because it was decent. The ranch was really good.

Chicken wings were dry and had barely any sauce on them. I ordered Hot and Mango. I try this location about every 6 months and they never fail to disappoint me.... I'll just go to Roosters from now on... The wings are Bigger and more flavorful at Roosters. Front desk attandent was friendly and polite.

Whoever was on aux ate. Created a great environment
