Was horrible there was hour delay. Then the food showed up cold only half had sauce

Place is unorganized workers are very rude. I sat there for 5 minutes while no other customer was in there till they asked me what I was here for. Called to place an order as well one time the lady left me on hold for 10 minutes. The bags are always covered in the sauce and the fries are usually cold and soggy when you eat them.

Terrible service. Girl with the red hair braided weave and glasses need to go. Terrible service. Buffalo wild wings is right around the corner.

I’ve never been to Wingstop before. As soon as I walked in, the amazing worker named Kirin welcomed me with smile. She was so caring and so was everyone in the back working. Will be back here again very soon!!

I always go and it’s good and I see the same people and I went in and same thing but this time the food was so bad. The Cajun corn had no seasoning and one of them was cold. My boyfriend’s hot honey wings were good but his hot and my lemon pepper wings were so bad ! My lemon pepper wings had no seasoning like that’s the whole point. I’m sad for the night. It was a bit messy in there but it is okay they were a bit busy so it’s understandable! Anywho don’t let me down like this again.

Don't bother ordering through delivery services. You won't get your food. Don't make drivers wait for orders to never happen and just be canceled. Waste of everyone's time.

When I tell you that Olentangy is popping I mean from the best customer service experience I have ever had I was down and I think his name is Lorne he made me laugh and new the menu very this guy is good and very passionate about his job I don't have tell where I will be going to get my wings from Olentangy is the place nice and hot fresh wings Wheelchair accessibility: The table was set up 2 chairs on one side and the other side was open where you could park your wheelchair

Bilasia and other staff went above and beyond to be kind to me. Was traveling and arrived 20 mins before close. They were so nice and the food was awesome
