Service was super fast and the staff friendly. I appreciate them taking their time and being on top of our order. Blessings to the crew that helped get out order straight tonight.

The night shift always messes up the orders, then I call into customer service to get a refund for the items that were missing from my order only to never get a refund. I waited 7 business days. You could spend over $100 and they will still not treat food with care. You think they’d be more careful with customers ordering large orders that will help the store to hit it goals but no.

I ordered my food from wingstop they took Long to get here and it was cold plus they did not deliver 8 piece combo we ordered when we tried calling they had us on hold for 20 minutes they never replied and never got a refund or anything.

I understand busy times, but it was ridiculous today. I when in and order a chicken sandwich meal, and it took 40 minutes. I felt as though the staff were talking about me behind my back a laughing because I missed my bus in the wait. One worker was on her phone for a good 5 minutes just texting away while I waited as well. I was assured many times my order was the next one, only to continue waiting. They laughed at other customers as well, whom were also waiting for their orders. I don’t want to be a Susan, but I’m not coming back. Update! Just got on a bus and started eating. They didn’t even give me the right sandwich or sides. I ordered a honey hot sandwich meal with veggies and blue cheese dip. They gave me a Cajun chicken sandwich and over-salted fries with ranch.

Messed my order up then hung up on me when I called to tell them.

The last time im ordering from this place, ordered yesterday around 6:30pm and didn't get my wings until 8:00pm is absolutely ridiculous. When I got inside there was approximately 30+ people waiting on orders there, saw the kitchen in horrible condition (raw wings on the floor/ a lot of trash), the server clearly hates his job and should get fired, the closer was sealing food while having LONG HAIR NEARLY TOUCHING THE WINGS , cross contamination on the friers as well. I filed a complaint to Wingstop and cicero health department with video and photos of the place, this place deserves their license to be revoked and be permanently closed and hope people who do this do the same and file a complaint.

There was this one guy at the register at night time he’s very nice and was helping pack orders but this one girl with red hair just talking and laughing with customers I don’t know if that’s her friends or what but manager need to have a talk I waited 30 minutes because she wanted to talk to her friends!!!!

I just ordered food from there today 01/27/2024 wings over cooked The ranch dressing for the carrotstick has mold/fugus in it the ice in the drink tastes like freezer burn

So I will definitely say their boneless wings lemon pepper and the garlic one specifically are some of the best I've ever had. But when it comes to things such as the way overpriced menu, the lack of options on the menu, and the intense heat on literally every flavor of wing other than lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan it's not exactly my first option. But if price doesn't matter and you like your tongue burning this place is for you. Vegetarian options: I was surprised the first time I went into a Wingstop and I am still surprised unfortunately every time that the lack of options as well as the high prices even prior to inflation.

Ordered delivery on UberEats from here multiple times, and have given them enough chances, finally at the point where I’ll never order here again. The fries will come cold, wet, and raw. Every single time. There is an option to order them “well done” on the app but they clearly have no idea what “well done” means. They were literally inedible last time I ordered. Disgusting quality, just go somewhere else honestly.
