I was unhappy with my order of overcooked chicken wings( fried too hard)the entire staff was very accommodating and made sure that I was satisfied.

Fried food simply doesn’t travel well, hence the complaints you see from folks who order by UberEats or DoorDash. This location is more than consistent enough for fast-casual, at least if you’re picking it up in a timely manner or dining-in. The paper bag gets soggy otherwise. I get the 8 piece wing combo—half parmesan, half louisiana rub—with parmesan seasoning in the fries more often than I would admit.

Don’t even think about ordering here. Ordered a 6 piece combo meal. Only got 4 wings, my fries weren’t seasoned, and they didn’t include my Diet Coke. Incompetent lazy bums work here and run a day care here half the time bringing their kids to work with them.

The customer service at this location hasn't been the greatest. it's been numerous times that I have asked the manager or a regular staff for something and didn't receive it like extra sauce or seasoning. Plus, I'm always willing to pay, but they never ask me for a payment. I honestly think they need to do something about learning how to communicate with customers a little better and understanding them. Going that extra mile goes a long way or find a new team to run that location

If you want wings at the size of your thumbs, go ahead and come here

I need to give a special shot out to Bhoomi for her amazing service and understanding. I came in with an issue that had accured on doordash so in no way shape or form was it her problem to deal with, but, she took the time to make sure that i was happy with everything. i will never forget her kindness and she has single handedly guaranteed return to this location. thanks again

Ordered a simple meal… food was cold. Drink was wrong. Employee that answered the was rude. If lunch didn’t cost so damn much - I wouldn’t care so much. $30 + for a simple meal is ridiculous and to get it wrong and not even apologize …
