they wouldn't take orders 45 minutes before closing....at the Whitestone location in cedar park tx....last time ever considering this place.

Was surprisingly good

Cancelled my order for no damn reason! Then had the nerve to get attitude with me! This Wingstop is a joke been this way for years idk why expected any different. Piss poor service. Dear Wingstop, for this location specifically, GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!

Wings were tasty. However, a little well done. Service was poor. I waited over 40 minutes for an order of 10 wings. I must admit it was very busy and lots of call ahead orders.

terrible service, my wings are ready in 45 minutes, I understand that maybe they have a lot of orders but I could actually see that they were all playing inside the kitchen

Great customer service! Welcoming and enthusiastic staff like Etheause gave us a total different experience (positive one nof course) that we haven't recieved from this store before. Etheause, thank you for your service. We definitely come back to this store again.

We placed an order online and finished and got the confirmation at 9:07pm. It's now 9:52 pm and they forgot our fries and dipping sauces. 3 dudes were standing around in the back drinking energy drinks and talking about video games. I will not be coming back to this restaurant at all. They didn't even offer drinks or something to make up for this horrible service. And on top of everything the manager was defending his employees for working slow saying that they are just trying to have a good time to make the night go by faster. No! They need to work to get me my order that I've been waiting for an hour to get so I can go on with my night. If you don't wanna serve people then don't work in the service industry simple as that.

Poor customer service. They didn’t give me my ranch for 40 wings. Drove all the way back to the store and I barely get acknowledgement or empathy. Just horrible!
