Wingstop

Very disappointed on how run down this wing stop has gotten. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had tonight. I made an online order, went 25 mins after my order to pick it up. I got there and they quoted me 15 more minutes. We ended up sitting in that restaurant for over an hour on top of what I was quoted. Staff was extremely rude to us even though we were extremely patient. We couldn’t get a simple apology for the wait and they basically threw the food at us. I understand being busy, but I don’t understand the lack of customer service. On top of this terrible customer service, our food was wrong and just absolutely terrible. Overdone and soggy!! Quality is bottom of the barrel.
