Wingstop

Ordered here and for the second time they left something off my order it sent the wrong item. Kids in the store aren’t empowered to refund the missing items. The first time I just took the loss, but this time they’ve demonstrated a pattern of ripping people off. Had to leave my name and number and maybe someone can call me back to get me a refund… I’ll consider updating my review should they actually follow through. But beware, they have a pattern of inaccurate orders and difficulty in making it right.

Incomplete menu board. Host did not notify that wings by themselves are the same price as the wings with the meal deal (within a very small amount). Horribly over-priced for what you get as well.

All I wanted was some wingstop fries to make my horrible day better. I arrived to this location while other costumers were ORDERING and EATING inside. I walk in and was "greeted" by an associate who rudely told me that the store is closed; EVEN THOUGH people were just served. Mind you close was not for another 40 minutes. I am utterly disappointed.

My wife likes bone in wings and I like the boneless ones at times so we ordered a mix of both last Sunday. When our food delivery arrived there were no bone in wings and very little dry rub seasoning. When I called to complain about our order I got attitude instead. I was told I must not have ordered right and there was nothing he could do about my order. Can’t recommend this place.

Picked up our go-to bone-in louisiana rub wings with regular fries. The wings had pretty much ZERO seasoning and they were drenched in soooo much oil that I could’ve topped off the levels in the truck. Might as well have stuck plain wings sprayed some oil on them, it’s like they used the basket to scoop the wings out the dang fryer. The fries were pretty daggum flaccid and seasoned with way more sugar than usual, got us some soggy sweet potatoes if ya know what I’m sayin and without even asking…noice. The wife’s night was ruined and she borderline bawled her eyes out about it. I don’t need that kind of stress. Thanks for trying, but get it together chaps.

Man Eric is the goat srsly I don’t know how this guy isn’t the manager yet COULDNT get anything better without him in the service go team eric. Eric just have 5 extra stars for his service not only today but also for every. Single . Time .!!

The lady was nice. Service very slow. Unorganized

Don’t bother calling them to place an order. They never answer and when they do you get out on hold for over 15 minutes. I’ve called them multiple times hoping they changed and they still never answer.

We go here very , very often This time was definitely the best experience and that's because the crew that was working there was so friendly so efficient and communicated with me so well. It's always busy and understandable. The crew there was AWESOME. Really , thank you for doing such a fantastic job.
