Food was good. The Location was only accepting online orders.

During my recent visit to Wingstop, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Heriberto M. From the moment I walked in, Heriberto's warm demeanor and professional attitude set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful dining experience. One of the standout qualities of Heriberto is his attention to detail. Despite the bustling nature of the restaurant, he took the time to ensure that each customer was attended to promptly and with care. His efficiency in managing orders and inquiries was truly commendable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Moreover, Heriberto's product knowledge was impressive. He was able to provide insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences, enhancing my overall satisfaction with the meal. Horrible food quality. i ordered a 10 piece combo through doordash and received an 8 piece combo. I also found FEATHERS on my chicken wings. It was very disgusting and i had to throw the food away. I understand that it wasn’t the dashers fault, but that it the actual restaurant’s fault for the horrible food quality and mix of food pieces. I honestly don’t ever see myself ordering/eating from here again. I’ve had problems here before where they did not want to give me a refund for receiving the wrong order. Warning to everyone to decides to eat here, Check your food!!!

First time ordering from them, and the last. Online order with an estimated pick up time of 2:10 pm. They were ready at 2:50. An hour and a half from clicking "submit" order" to getting handed the bag. There was one couple in the restaurant and two other pick-up orders before mine. Question: what could've taken them so long?

**BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO WORK HERE YOU HAVE TO PUT YOURSELF AT RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT** If you want to work here you have to be okay with the assistant manager having pictures of both your ID and Social Security card saved on his personal phone. It is required by law to have verification given for I9 forms however he takes pictures of them on his PERSONAL phone and I even saw others social security cards as he was scrolling through his pictures. I asked if I could present my I9 verification for proof and have the information inputted from them without any pictures being taken and was told that having pictures of them is a “non negotiable necessity in our employment process”.

Don’t come here if you are hungry, the wait time is around an hour, food is good as in any Wingstop but not worth waiting that much.

Wings were dripping with cooking oil ..Fries extremely salty ended up throwing the food away.. Did not even bother asking for a refund.. The place is so small the heat from the kitchen over powers the AC and it was very uncomfortable temperature in there.. The staff did what they could to do a good job.. Will not be recommening this particular place to anyone do not waste your time and money going to this place !!!

Store was filthy. Out of sweet rest that’s costs nothing really and said not making anymore for the rest of the night and said you get what you get, wow
