Consistently, as to say for years, this is the worst Wingstop in Austin, to my knowledge. We gave them another chance today after not eating here for a couple years. Burned french fries and rushed chicken wings that weren’t very savory. This place is horrible. Save your money. Do not eat here. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking. Not sanitary at all. They just aren’t getting anything right here.
my food was delicious dont hold me but the person asking for my order was extremely rude rolled his eyes every time i ordered something new which was very i professional seemed like he hated his job and gave me stank faces every time
We ordered 30 HOURS ahead of time, and the wait is (presently ongoing) 30 minutes and counting. What do I need to do to order and pickup at the promised time? Days, a week in advance, what? Not on the employees running this though. The young lady at the counter is holding down swarms of people *and* handling phone calls like a champ, kudos to her, that brave soul. She’s the only reason this gets 2 stars. The issue is with the owners. Hire more people if you can’t keep up on weekends shifts! That, OR don’t accept scheduled orders. Greed or incompetence is what this boils down to.
It seemed like I waited a very long time. The fries were a little mushy. And the wings were just okay.
If you want the worst customer service possible, always be disappointed with the food, and pay raising prices every month, then this is the place for you, I saw some type of manager just standing around watching yet my food was horrible, how about training and setting some type of standard, drink machines always out of ice and never any tea, I waited 1 1/2 hours for a 10 piece order and was cold, I asked for extra fry seasoning when I placed order and there was none so I asked for some and they told me I would have to pay for seasoning, my little sister could run this place better. I just hope the customers see what is going on and stop going so this place can finally close down.

1hr and 25 mins and my 20pc boneless meal deal still isn’t ready. This is ridiculous. Who owns and operates this location? They need to re-evaluate the staff/management!!
