Wingstop

They made my order wrong after asking them multiple times if they had it down for well done. I was assured yes, I paid at the register no recipient was given, and waited 20 min for my order, once it arrived I checked it and unfortunately it was no where near well done, so I advised the young man, he asked me for my recipient. I explained he never gave me one he walked away while I paid. He went and spoke with someone in the back then, pulled my recipient from the register then asked me rudly what was wrong I explained again. He eventually took the food came back and said it would be another 30min! The whole interaction was rude never once apologized for the mistake or for the extra wait. I'm standing here watching them give out free drinks to ppl who said they already received drinks. I usually go to the wingstop on chambers came here because they had a lesser wait time. I see why now

Adding to the overall lackluster experience was the impression I got from the people at Wingstop. The staff appeared disinterested and somewhat indifferent, which impacted the overall quality of service. The enthusiasm and energy one might expect in a place known for its wings were noticeably absent. Friendly and engaging customer service can significantly enhance the dining experience, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short during my visit. In conclusion, my time at Wingstop left me with a sense of unfulfilled expectations. The combination of bland wings, a lackluster atmosphere, and indifferent service created an overall underwhelming experience. While individual preferences may vary, my visit did not align with the vibrant and flavorful reputation often associated with dedicated wing establishments.

Ordered delivery, they didn't have all of my items, then asked me if I'd be willing to drive there to get the rest...I paid for delivery why would I want to do that. Still waiting on a refund for my items...I called to ask about my refund and the employee gave me the run around. When I asked if I can talk to the manager he said the manager isn't going to want to talk to me...that's how you treat paying customers? Interesting.

Place was ok, service acceptable but food was horrible. Fries where to salty and I got a wing full of feathers the I even lost apetite

Good but my wings wherent the best but I'll still go if I have some money

I'll admit the BBQ wings tend to be a bit spicier than I'm used to when they aren't overly described as spicy, but they taste really good. I like a decent bit of spice. The fries are very tasty in my opinion and the service is friendly and appreciated.

This is the absolute worst wingstop. Was served burnt food ordered over the phone and picked up twice fried hard as a rock chicken and fries. The managers are harder then the president to get a hold of. Avoid at all cost take the extra drive it's worth it.
