This rude asx ugly asx lady manager with no teeth yelling like we in ah prison like she ran the best cook out said he was going on break in told one guy to clock out I then see wat they was doing wrong

WINGSTOP CASCADE RD LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE TALL CASHIER WILL TAKE DIRTY MONEY AND TURN AROUND AND PREPARE FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HANDS AT ALL, WHICH IS SOOOO NASTY. HE/SHE WILL GIVE YOUR FOOD IN A NASTY BAG DRENCHED WITH OIL AND FINGERPRINTS OF OIL ALL OVER YOUR BAG, WITH BAG OPEN AT THE TOP INSTEAD OF FOLDING BAG CLOSED AT THE TOP. HE/SHE HANDS ARE NASTY WITH OIL AND THE NASTY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN FOR AN ORDER. ATTITUDE IS AWFUL BECAUSE HE/SHE HAS TO GET OFF WORK AT 5:00 LET THAT BE KNOWN TO CUSTOMERS! WILL NOTIFY STATE OF GEORGIA FOR WINGSTOP VISIT ON CASCADE RD. NASTY SODA DISPENSER WITH NATS FLYING INTO THE DISPENSER WHERE THE ICE IS COMING OUT FOR YOUR DRINK. ITS ALREADY AN UNPLEASANT AND SCARY SITE TO LOOK AT THIS HE/SHE CASHIER BECAUSE THE OUTER APPEARANCE IS HORRIBLE, UNCLEAN AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT COME BACK AND TELLING FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT UNSANITARY, UNPROFESSIONAL TACTICS AT WINGSTOP.

Just put another restaurant here cause this ain't cutting it.

I can go to American deli and get better garlic parmesan wings for some reason they were flavorless even with the seasonings on it and that has been several times no longer eating there again nor are my folks and that's about 15 customers

I went despite the reviews just to see for myself, and I was shocked. The food was good and it came out fast.

This is the worst place I ever worked at and ordered from I recently quit because I come to work not be attacked the people are ghetto they have anger issues and I feel like if you come to eat or work this isn’t the right place try another wing stop just my opinion

Call to place order was placed on hold. No one ever came back. Get to restaurant several folks waiting. 2 guys working. 1 on his phone and the other working hard with long dreads. The worker keeps apologizing because he cant find the cashier. 30 minutes later cashier shows up with her boyfriend witn Publix bags. Yes she went personal shopping and left the restaurant. She placed her family groceries in the walk in refrigerator. Her flat of water burst and waisted all over the dining room floor. This woman finally rang us out no hands washed and says there is a survey on the back to get a free fries or a discount. This place has only been open a few months but is filthy do not eat here.

It took 40 Minutes to get my food the bathroom was very nasty .. and the customer service was terrible never again

Staff was very friendly, courteous and food was hot and delicious. Another great experience!

If you like Wingstop, you'll love this location. Orders are correct, there's parking outside, the service is friendly, etc.
