Wingstop

I went through a total of 3 UberEats drivers to pickup my order. They are extremely slow at this location I waited over an hour. My food never made it to me not sure if the driver stole it or what happened upon delivery. I’m so irritated I ordered from American Deli.

The food was good and a decent price. The staff were also friendly. Kid-friendliness: The staff were very efficient and friendly.

I never ask for all flats but I also don’t ask for all drums either. If I order a 6 piece, I expect to get 3 of each. Don’t charge people for all flats/drums and be shady to us who don’t ask fr that service. Giving me 5 drums and 1 flat and not cool!!!

Service is so slow. Waited 30 minutes for my order and nobody noticed or checked on me until they were ready to go on break.

I waited 45 minutes to get my food then they forgot half my order. Kept the receipt so I can’t do anything about it.

Music was ear shattering loud. I was in a group of 4 and we couldn't hear one another, sitting right in front of each other. It sounded like a club. Food was good, would recommend you order and pick up. Bring ear plugs

This location has restored my hope in Wing Stop. I came from Texas where every wing stop was bussin. Living in Atlanta, every Wingstop I went to was TRASH. (Small, dry wings, unseasoned fries, etc) so I stopped eating it until I came to this location a few days ago. I have ordered from this location 5 times this week...I’m not exaggerating. I’m not proud but the food be bussin. S/o to the managers for hiring ppl who put out quality food. The only negative thing I have to say is I never see anyone wearing gloves… but the food be bussin so you can put your hand in my food lol jk

Placed an order through the Wingstop app for some food and a drink, added the driver’s tip, paid through the Wingstop app. A DoorDasher brings me my food, there wasn’t a drink. I didn’t order through DoorDash so I didn’t hold him. I call Wingstop to inform them of the missing drink and request it be sent to me; Zach tells me that they don’t send drivers out just for drinks. My options are then to either drive to come get the drink myself or to submit a complaint for a refund only through the app. There was no manager to refund me, no driver to fix the mistake, no customer service to rectify the restaurant’s error. I submitted the refund request through the app, but how long is THAT going to take, IF they refund it. Horrible service and experience.

The spicy Korean sauce is better than other wing places, depends on the time you come, most of Wingstop location can be packed due to the online order. Walk-in might have to wait 10-25 mins
