I didn't even get to try the food, They shut down the kitchen 11:15pm Even the sing says open until midnight. But I can still order online how even makes sense this.
I wish I could comment on the quality of the food but we have been to this location 3 times on weekday evenings, at different hours of night and all 3 times we were told the wait would be 35-45 minutes, despite a kitchen full of staff and a dining room nearly empty. The manager needs to be aware that the staff appears to be deliberately turning away business.
About 3-4 weeks ago, it seems like they put someone new in the kitchen. The wings are not seasoned properly. The Louisiana Rub and Honey Hot are supposed to be dry… they are always wet now, even though I put on mine, cool extra well done. This is not a new occurrence. I’ve been literally each weekend and every time the wings are nasty now.
Beyond disappointed in this wing stop location.. and this is usually a place I order from multiple times. I placed an order on door dash that was stolen by the driver. Once I noticed I placed another order on their website at 11:27 which had an eta to be ready in 16-21 minutes which is an eta of 11:48. I called the store and spoke to manager Stephen about the ordeal & he himself acknowledged that our food was stolen & he noticed we replaced the order online directly through Wingstop, all this while driving in the rain to pick up the food in the pouring rain. When I arrived at the location one minute before the time the food should've been finished they refused to give me the order stating they had refunded the order even though I was on the phone with him all the way leading up to me pulling into the parking lot & he himself said the food had 2 more minutes in the frier. Imagine seeing the workers just finishing off your meal & closing the containers as I stood outside in the rain talking to the manager who refused to give us our dinner after begging. Mind you the franchise door has midnight listed as the closing time. Customers should definitely be treated better especially after loosing money not once but twice to this restaurant. Standing in the rain begging for food that was paid for already, was a truly horrible & degrading experience
You can't order over the phone anything bigger than 10 pcs combo and just 1 order.
