breading was soggy and fell off most of the flats were broken and leaking marrow ✌️
This place used to be alright. But over the years the quality of food and the overall service has declined. The service is some of the most monotone service around the Shorewood Hills Area. This store seems understaffed and the workers are visibly upset most of the time. Placing an order is easy but if you ever have issues with your order it’s a little harder to get help and are expected to try and reorder instead. It is also very obvious that the manager Brian chooses to treat some customers better than others, and instead takes his frustrations out on customers. Not professional or friendly.
We catered Wings Over for a work event. The manager (Bryan) responded fast and was easy to work with. The event attendees loved the wings and the sauces. We ordered tenders and bone-in. The food was ready on time and the staff were friendly. I would definitely order from them again.
Great little spot for take out wings, top tier flavors being hot, golden BBQ, and citrus chipotle. Only issue is the size and sauciness are a bit inconsistent.
Great food really good wings for a great price. Went well with friends I had over too!
Ordered wings for a club meeting and the workers were incredibly friendly and service was timely and efficient. We had a great experience because of Wings Over Madison and hope that others can have the experience too!
We came into town for a convention late last Wednesday. It was the only place open. I thought I would try a chain not in my home state. Mistake. First off, they gave me the wrong order. They basically made my boyfriend’s order twice. And his had cheese and bacon on it, which I didn’t want because of extra fat and calories with a high calorie sauce. I ordered a 0 calorie one. I was disappointed but I ate it anyway since by then, we were back at the hotel. An hour later, I got incredibly sick. I am not sure if it was food poisoning, but I threw it all up and just that. All of it. The service other than that was ok. Had Price is Right from the 70s on the TV. It’s small and most likely for college kids with iron stomachs. I can’t comment on what I ordered because I didn’t receive that.
