NEGATIVE ZERO. First time ordering on Grubhub for their Wings....then when the driver got there to pick up; they are Out of Wings! I thought this is Wing Boss expecting lots of Wings. If you ran out, you should close the place down rather than waste both your customers and the drivers time!
Ordered online to try something new, when I arrived the place was closed. I got in contact with customer support and they told me everything was taken care of however I still haven’t received my refund and it has been almost a month. Apparently it’s been closed for months but they still allow people to order food and take peoples money . Do better please.
Do NOT order from this restaurant. My wings were so overcooked or old that they were like eating woodchips. The bone literally crumbled. I couldn't eat it. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. I explained to him that I had ordered from them many times over the last six weeks or so and in the past it was amazing ( I learned today it was a different restaurant that I got amazing food from. I had ordered from the wrong place. UNFORTUNATELY). This time however it was as I explained above. He asked me to let him take care of reimbursing me for my order and to please continue to order from them. I agreed to that. I didn't realize you only have 24 hours to get your money back from Uber. I'm sure he realized it which is why he asked me to let him take care of it. Needless to say I did not get reimbursed. I called the restaurant today and it was a waste of time. They clearly didn't care about my experience and it was obvious she had better things to do then talk to me. So the moral of my story is the food is awful. They don't care that its bad and management is non-existent. I was told the GM comes in once a month. SMH.
Horrible experience & zero lack of customer service from “GM” on 12/24/2021 6:30 pm Robert. 1)Very rude & disrespectful over the phone. 2)Argued that the order was correct, when it was for another person. 3)Wrong food/sauces & missing two large fries. 4)Paid$120.00 for missing food & wrong items. 5)Hung up on us. If this is how this establishment treats it’s Combat Veterans & local DB resident’s, I will never order from here again! Good luck with your business & Merry Christmas…
Check your order before receiving!!!!!! Ordered Sauced Wings, Hand Cut Seasoned Fries, Carrots and Celery with Ranch Dressing and a Dr Pepper. Received UN-sauced wings (no sauce at all), UN - Salted Waffle Fries, Ranch Dressing but NO Carrots or Celery & a Dr. Pepper SAD......
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I PAID $31 FOR A MEAL THAT WAS NOT FULFILLED. AND NO REFUND WAS GRANTED DUE TO A THIRD PARTY COMPANY.
Ordered from Grubhub yesterday. It was good. Delivery a little slow. I would recommend picking up. Great favor or food though.
