One of my absolute favorite hidden treasure restaurants in Manhattan. The menu and wine options are all sensational. The best staff and a real small town feel in the heart of mid-town.
Want to sit with an empty glass while the bartender goes on a meal break? This is the spot.
A cozy wine bar run by a couple of charming Turkish chaps. Has a short but well-chosen wine list and it is far more reasonably priced than most in Manhattan. Çok güzel!
Tldr: decent food, wine, bad service Pierogies are great, cheese portions are small for the cost and pork sliders are a little dry but taste good. Service though was short, unfriendly and left an unpleasant last impression. It was rushed(even though the restaurant was empty and 3 hours before closing on a sunday), she did not check how we were or made any recommendations, and took the checks before we left - then forced a bigger tip than originally left. Would've returned if not for the service.
Delightful hidden gem with wonderful staff
Cozy, great attentive service
Amazing place. We liked the wines so much.
The food and appetizers are very nice, the staff is friendly, I would definitely recommend it.
