Great service by 2 awesome cast members, prompt food, and delicious options!
I made a reservation a month in advance. I waited half an hour to get seated.
I actually loved it. Service was amazing, the Rib Eye was outstanding and the Chicken Parmesan was increíble. The coffee tasted amazing. Absolutely loved it.
I want to start by saying the staff was nice and the food was good. However, I don’t think the dining experience was worth the $250 we paid for a family of 3, we did the world of color dining package so it made the cost more expensive but I still don’t think the price was worth it. We were seated 30 mins past our reservation time (they were busy so it was understandable) the thing that trust me was we waited well over an hour for our main meal once we ordered, even the waiter kept saying let me go check on your food, everyone around us who got there way after us was getting their food before us which was annoying. My kids were very hungry and starting to lose it. Our reservation were for 6 pm we had lighting lane reservations for 7:15-8:15 which we missed because we didn’t leave the restaurant till 8:30 pm because of how slow the service was. Took another 30 mins to get our dessert, everything was so slow. The food was good but not worth the price. Will not be going back here for our future Disney trips.
Service is horrible. We made a reservation weeks ago. When we signed in, we were told to wait a while. After about 20 minutes, we got tired and told them really clearly that we were in a rush. After more than one and a half hours of waiting we were still denied service, even with a reservation from weeks ago.
DONT GO HERE!! WE WAITED OVER HALF AN HOUR AND WE STILL COULDN'T GET A TABLE, WE HAD MADE A RESERVATION WEEKS AGO!!
Terrible food everything was bad even the ribeye was shamefully bland save your money eat somewhere else
Limited choice of entrees, iced tea (pictured) was the worst I have ever had, opaque and bitter, had to send it back. Inside seating is very limited if weather is an issue.
