THEY NEED TO GET MORE EMPLOYEES AT NIGHT JUST 1 PERSON TAKIN ORDERS FOR 5 PEOPLE AND PREPARING IT HERSELF ,DOUNUTS WERE STALE LIKE 2 DAYS OLD AND LADY AT NIGHT KINDA RUDE

I stop going to the one on Randolph and pacific because everyday they would make my sandwich wrong .I found this one was closer to my job and I loved until now ,they got new girls ,why do you have heat it up in the microwave.!! From my understanding it’s a cold sandwich and only the bagel it’s toasted .its ok from the outside but ones you bite it its all soggy . Im hopping they Change because this is my place to eat .

Employees are extremely Petty about allowing customers use their restroom. They will force you to buy something before going in and limit the time of use. Embarrassing and degrading to get treated wrong fully eventhough I am an everyday Paying customer,
