Wilton Wings

I am a delivery driver and went in to pick up food. There was a rack right next to the desk with a bag with an order on it. So I check the receipt for the name as you do in some places... the cashier started at aggressive and yelled at me to not touch the order. I tried explaining I was only trying to check the name on the reciept (which was facing away from me)... to which she just gets more aggressive and rude, yelling that it's not my order. I tell her ok and that I was just trying to do my job... to which she responds by threatening to ban me from the store. The manager handled my order and he never said a thing to her. His attitude wasn't the best but at least he was more professional. Left there quite shaken up. Never had such a horrible 2 minutes in my life. Update: You'll see below their response is that I tried to go through the bag. Because they cannot take responsibility for their nasty attitudes so theyre trying to make me the bad guy. I checked the receipt taped on the OUTSIDE of the bag. I'm sure they have camera footage that they can pull up that will support me. I've never had an issue before. And my rating is a five star. Their response just goes to show you how nasty they are. They don't care about customer service. They will get nasty with you in a moment. Deeply unprofessional bordering on abusive staff. All the one star reviews, just prove my point. Several are about their attitude. And it's funny the owner should respond to this when the owner wasn't even there. It was a manager and a cashier. I was told I could come back and talk to the owner in the morning. So.... its kinda sketchy how the owner responded within an hour or two of my review. I've noticed the owner has a go at anyone who gives him a bad review and accuses people of lying... despite lying himself to try and save face. I DONT go through the orders. I DO verify the receipt and the order matches and all items are included. And YES other restaurants do place orders on a rack with the reciept taped to it so you can grab the order and go. His response literally proves my point about bad attitudes.

Stopped thru on my way through town and overall i gotta say its really not worth the money. The food was a bland, the chicken tenders were tiny and few. The breading was tasteless. The employees weren't friendly. On the bright side it was quiet as hardly anyone was in.

Been going here for years. Their wings sauce is hands down the best
